Details:
This is your official rank card issued by APSCHE after the results are declared. It contains your hall ticket number, name, rank, and other important details.

Details:

Details:

Validity:

Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or its Equivalent Memo)
Details:
Your SSC (10th class) mark sheet or equivalent certificate that shows your date of birth. This is used to verify your age for eligibility.

The date of birth should be clearly visible. If the document is in a regional language, provide an English translation.

Transfer Certificate (T.C)
Details:
Original Transfer Certificate from the institution where you last studied (Intermediate college). It should mention your conduct and date of leaving the institution.

TC must be issued by the institution where you completed your qualifying examination (Intermediate). Provisional TC is acceptable if original is not yet issued.

Study Certificate (from VI to Intermediate)
Details:
Certificate proving that you have studied in Andhra Pradesh from Class 6 to Intermediate. This is required to claim local status in Andhra Pradesh.

If you studied in multiple institutions, you need study certificates from all institutions covering the entire period from Class 6 to Intermediate.

EWS certificate valid for the year 2025–26 from Mee Seva/Gram Sachivalayam
Details:
Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) certificate for candidates belonging to OC category who wish to claim reservation under EWS quota. Must be issued by competent authority.

Note:
Certificate must be valid for the academic year 2025-26 and issued by Mee Seva/Gram Sachivalayam. Family income should be less than ₹8 lakhs per annum.

Residence certificate for preceding 7 years of the qualifying examination
Details:

Residence and Caste Certificates

Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate/Residence proof of father/mother
Details:
Required for Non-Local candidates to claim local status in Andhra Pradesh. Should prove residence of father/mother in AP for at least 10 years (excluding employment outside AP).

Can be any one of the following: Ration Card, Voter ID, Employment Certificate, or Residence Certificate issued by Revenue Officer.

Integrated Community Certificate (for BC/ST/SC)
Details:

Details:

Verification of Special Category Certificates

PWD (Persons With Disability)
Details:
Required for candidates with disability of 40% or more. Certificate should be issued by a Medical Board constituted by the State/Central Government.

Important Notes:

1. All certificates must be original and self-attested photocopies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't have all the documents ready at the time of counselling?

If you're missing any mandatory documents, your counselling process may be delayed or rejected. However, for some documents like income certificate or caste certificate, you can submit a provisional undertaking and submit the original later within the specified deadline.

Can I submit documents in regional languages?

Yes, documents in Telugu are acceptable. However, for documents in other regional languages, you must provide an English translation attested by a gazetted officer or notary public.

What is the deadline for document submission?

The exact deadline will be announced during the counselling process. Generally, you need to upload all documents during the online verification stage, and submit original documents at the time of admission to the allotted college.

How do I know if my documents are verified?

After uploading documents, you will receive a notification on your registered email/mobile. You can also check the status in your AP EAPCET counselling account. If there are any issues, you will be notified to rectify them.

What happens if I submit fake documents?

Submission of fake documents will lead to immediate cancellation of your admission and may result in legal action. Always submit genuine documents to avoid such consequences.
