  • Results are estimates based on previous year cutoff ranks from official AP EAMCET / EAPCET sources
  • Actual admissions depend on current year competition, seat availability, and counselling processes
  • We are not responsible for admission decisions made based on our predictions or data
  • Users must independently verify all information with official AP EAPCET / TSCHE sources

3. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer

The cutoff data, college information, and predictions displayed on CampusNest have been compiled from official AP EAMCET / EAPCET sources with the highest possible accuracy. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform.

  • Data may contain unintentional errors, omissions, or discrepancies

Certain college cutoff data is available behind a paywall or referral-based unlock system. By purchasing access or unlocking data via referrals, you agree that:

  • Payments are non-refundable once data access has been granted
  • Data access is tied to your account and is non-transferable
  • By purchasing or unlocking data, you acknowledge and consent to receiving the data as-is
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, referral requirements, and access policies at any time
  • Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension

6. Data Collection & Usage Consent

By using CampusNest, you acknowledge and consent that we collect, store, process, and may utilise your data (including but not limited to personal information, usage patterns, prediction history, and behavioural data) for the purposes of operating, improving, and monetising the Service. 7. Advertisements & Third-Party Content

CampusNest displays advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. By using the Service, you agree that:

  • Advertisements may be displayed alongside content, including cutoff data and prediction results
  • We are not responsible for any third-party products, services, or content advertised on our platform
  • Clicking on ads or engaging with third-party offers is at your own risk and discretion

8. Fraud, Scams & External Links Disclaimer

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
