1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations for purchases made on CampusNest APEAMCET Predictor ("the Service"). By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to and acknowledge the terms stated in this policy.
All payments on CampusNest are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
2. Nature of Service
CampusNest provides digital data access to college cutoff information, prediction results, and related educational data for AP EAMCET / EAPCET counselling. Our products are:
- Digital in nature — delivered instantly upon successful payment
- Non-tangible — no physical goods are shipped or delivered
- Instantly consumed — data is immediately accessible after purchase
- Non-returnable — once viewed, digital data cannot be "returned"
3. No Refund Policy
All purchases made on CampusNest are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and instantly-delivered nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
This includes but is not limited to:
- College Data Unlocks: Payments made to unlock cutoff data for specific colleges are non-refundable once access is granted
- Premium Access: Any premium features or data access purchased through the platform
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase data you already have access to, refunds will not be provided
- Dissatisfaction with Data: Since our predictions and cutoffs are based on historical data and are provided as-is for informational purposes, dissatisfaction with the results does not qualify for a refund
- Account Deletion: Voluntarily deleting your account after purchase does not entitle you to a refund
By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this no-refund policy and agree that you will not dispute the charge or request a chargeback for the purchased services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Since our services provide instant digital access, there is no cancellation window once a payment has been successfully processed.
- Before Payment: You may cancel at any time before completing the payment. No charges will be applied.
- After Payment: Once payment is confirmed and data access is granted, the transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.
- Failed Transactions: If a payment fails or is not completed, no charges will be applied and no data access will be granted. If money is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded by PhonePe within 5–7 business days.
5. Payment Processing via PhonePe
All payments on CampusNest are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- Payments are processed securely by PhonePe in accordance with RBI guidelines and PCI-DSS standards
- CampusNest does not store your payment credentials (card numbers, UPI PINs, net banking passwords)
- PhonePe's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all payment transactions
- For payment-related technical issues (e.g., double debit, failed refund for incomplete transactions), you may contact PhonePe support or reach out to us
6. Exceptions
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion. These may include:
- Technical Error: If a verified technical error on our end prevented you from accessing data you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a payment processing error (with proof of duplicate transaction)
To request an exception, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction with your transaction ID, registered email, and a detailed description of the issue. All exception requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the decision of CampusNest shall be final.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase is a violation of our Terms of Service. If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated
- All data access associated with your account may be revoked
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount along with any associated fees
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
